i got a letter this morning from our freinds at westminster parking wotsname.....quote:
After careful consideration of the points that you have raised, your representation has been accepted. The PNC and NTO have been cancelled.
this is due to the parking attendants logbook being incomplete.
This is the letter i sent and if anyone wants to copy it...be my guest... it seemed to work:
Dear Sirs
With reference to the above parking ticket I am formally, making a challenge to this as in my opinion the ticket is invalid.
On the night in question, I stopped my motorcycle in Firth Street outside “Nero’s” coffee bar, which is at the junction of Compton Street. During the time in question I did not leave my vehicle unattended at any time, infact I was sitting on my motorcycle for the entire time I was stopped in firth street. At no point did a traffic warden approached me, give me a parking ticket or place a ticket on my vehicle.
While in Frith Street, I was with a number of other people that also stopped outside “Nero’s” coffee bar on their motorcycles and I have the names and addresses of six people that will witness that fact that there was no parking ticket issued.
Of course, if you have maybe photographic evidence that the ticket was issued or the serial number from the tax disc on my vehicle I would be happy to pay the parking ticket. If not then I consider this matter closed.
so i think we need to keep score
