If I could figure out how to get 1 in the 1st place I'd be happy.

Maybe its not that difficult to someone that knows, but to me I haven't a clue how to add an avatar. I'm not daft but PC's, sometimes listening to IT bods in work just makes me switch off. What language are they speaking?
"The office" got it right in 1 episode when Gareth (I think) asked the IT geek, (no offence intended, just using the show's speak),
What are you doing exactly?
IT - Blah, blah, blah, technical bumff.
Gareth - How long will it take?
IT - Oh, who knows.

So anyway that could explain to me i.e. where i need to go on the web to get them, where to put them and finally how to link to the forum , would be appreciated.

Scroll down a little and you will see a retouched picture of me without Melinda Messenger.
'she was doing the ironing at the time, but its my body you see.

This image was posted by 'Scoobs' and is a direct link to my body at home where
it should be viewed. The image is there to demonstrate how the weak and feeble can
be conned into thinking he works out, so form an image that woman would think sexy.
This i believe can be taken out of context and can lead to disapointment by the ladies.
and all just because the individual thinks it's a cool body.

This is Bicep and pectral theft and something I will not tolerate.
The image is being seen, not containing the head it was originally
intended but on the head of your scoobs, but I am the one paying for my allocated
time and steriods at the gym.

The body on this website is copyrighted. Unauthorised use, including but
not limited to licking to their pleasure or copying me to pump up elsewhere, is
strictly prohibited. Those who infringe my personal space will be notified
and dealt with accordingly. If you have a specific interest in my body you
