Oh God yes and you'll love it... you'll probably be better to get a new longer chain... Having said that I ran the bike for a year with the normal length chain and it was ok, but it did rub tyres off huggers...
I couldn't go back to having a 44 back sprocket, and anyway, how often do you sit at 120/130mph??? but how often do you nail it out of 40/50 mph corners...

how about a 45 tooth?
If you're going to do it, put on the 46 tooth. You'll definitely notice the extra urge and top speed really won't be affected adversely.

Get the chain for the naked, evenwith the 46 rear you have plenty of adjustment left.
Cheers Mark.
Agree with Rictus, It will use the standard s chain, but max adjusted, I went up to the naked chain, now no probs. By the way try my how to's link here.

Good photo guide Si, well done.

They have always been there dude as well as the springs one the respay one, the undertray one etc etc. Check out on the last picture on the sprocket guide, look through the wheel and you can see my plastic snap on tools left on the grass

whats the chain length for the naked ?
'scuse my ignorance, but will this have any effect on speedo readings, or are they not affected?
chi-ars
ruk
Not affected as the speedo reads from the front wheel.

gracias senor
That's not quite true Jonboy, I have found with the 46 rear sprocket on, when you boot it, and I mean really boot it (and don't learn on the bars more) the front wheel pops up and thus the speedo will give a false reading of speed as it is actually off the ground. but we know what you mean Jonboy
