We all know how some of the SV Ecosse runs go - someone always comes a cropper eventually..
How about we get a collection put together, and get a good 2 bike motorcycle trailer for sharing amongst the gang? Anybody who wants to use it can arrange to come and collect it from a designated address?
Be handy for trackdays, etc, etc. I've only a single carrier, so two bikes are out the question.

Strikes me as a good idea... I was planning on hitting quite a few tracks this year, might still manage it, but I'm not brave enough to ride there and back on the assumption that the bike will be in one piece... I don't own a car yet- probably getting my license once I'm back on 2 legs- but once I do a trailer was definately on the cards, this way anyone could get the use of it...
Basically, take the trackday you guys are planning... Even if 2 bikes get trailered down, in the event of a crash or two those 2 could get booted off and ridden home, and the casualties could get towed. Gives us a bit of backup and security.
I had a wee look at the prices of trailers and if we could get a few people together on it it'd be very affordable... Compared with the cost of van hires it does make a lot of sense. I'd be in...

Yep, count me in chaps, sounds like a good idea.
Cant wait to get on a track with ma wee suzi, even though its restricted, would give me a chance to find out what its like on full power since the ECU can be easily swapped out, saves me waitin till November when my 2 years are up.
Let me know guys, will def contribute, can also take 3 passengers and kit etc in my car (if mine was on the trailer).
Cheers

Yeah sounds like a plan I have access to a trailer for 2 bikes so might not be too much of a prob hell one of my cars even has a tow bar on it. I could even ask him how much he wants for it

Needs a lick of paint, but it takes 3 bikes no problems
