Hi, i've seen this on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4505027904&category=35596
Can anyone tell me is it a good price?? is it a good exhaust?? and has anyone bought one?? i really like the idea of an angled shape exhaust for my k4 and haven't seen too many!!
Thanks

I'm not terribly keen on paying that much for a slip on. At almost $400, you can get close to a decent full race exhaust for a SV650. Have you looked into Renegade, Wolf, or Quill? Any of those will treat you better for the price. Cheers!

They are brilliant exhausts, but very expensive. However, remember $415 is about £250 UK at the moment :) Though you might get hit for import duties as well. Still a lot to spend on a slipon when you can get a decent used system for £250...

That's a full tri-oval, high level system in stainless... $570 The carbon is another hundred dollars.
Trioval carbons are very expensive, but will weigh about the same a a titanium one and be more problematic than stainless (can't polish out marks, and if you leave it too long before you repack you'll burn the carbon.
Art and Blueflame both do tri-ovals I think?

Hey,
I don't know what the advantage/disadvantage to the triangle shape exhaust is... but I do see them on alot of SV's... especially in the US... SoCal (www.socalsvriders.org) area. I would like to know what the deal is with the tri-oval's from Yoshimura is... Someone enlighten us... :D

They look great :) Erm, that's it I think. There's a lot of fluff on the website about WSB research and optimised shapes etc, but really I think it's the cool shape that gets people going. Especially on a curvy SV...
