View Full Version : Busters Accesories :(
Ordered a replacement chain and sprockets kit from Busters. Clearly stated that I wanted a DID chain and not to process the order if they didn't have one.
Today I received a chain made by some company called WRP. Never heard of them. I am not a happy bunny :(

doh....
Have to say that from my own experiences tho busters have been excellent
Sending the lot back to Busters. Phoned up M & P but they don't have the 44 teeth rear sprocket in stock.
Who else sells chains and sprockets?
Try Talon @ http://www.talon-eng.co.uk/.

Mine too.
However for chains and sprockets I'd tend to go to BFM whose service is quite excellent:

.
bfm don't have the rear sprocket in stock either :(
I'd try talon but I really want a chain and sprocket kit.

Okay, so Buster's have screwed up. It does happen to us all occasionally.
Why not give them the opportunity to correct their mistake and then tell us about it?
Surely it's not whether the mistake is made but how well they manage to put it right that is important here.
The last time I had a problem with them it got sorted quite quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

busters have been friggin good to me.
i like em.
try sending it back and ask for a discount on the did one.
I got a pair of air horns from busters that came without the relay. They just fobbed me off for ages and eventually some guy said ' It doesn't really need a relay'. Yeah right. I found them to be a bloody nightmare and wont be using them again.

dealt with busters in the past and found them to b good usually. the only problem i have ever had was when i ordered a chain and sprocket kit for my old xj600 and they sent the wrong one. but sent it back and they sent the right one out

for alot of companies it's not dishonesty, it's simply that they've grown faster than they know how to deal with and don't have the infrastructure to keep things running smoothly.

OR have some poor kid sittin in the stock room picking orders for customers for £4 an hour.
Or 9/10 they're thickus/f**kus & couldn't give a **** :x
Busters may have been good to some of you but i'm a bit ****ed tbh.
The invoice which they sent me even has my message to the effect of not to send a substitute product if they didnt have the one i requested in stock.
I've had to pay £13 to return it to them
If I don't get that back they won't be getting my business again!

I think it tells you more about a company when they mess up than when they do things right... A merely average company can send you the bit you want almost as often as a great company, but a great company will correct their mistake quickly and easily when they do **** it up...
