BOLT KIT 03 SV650

As most of you know I have been asked by a few to put a comprehensive stainless steel replacement bolt kit together for the 03 on SV650s and N see thread here.

What I need now is a list of who wants to be added to the list for the full kit. I should have it ready in the next week or two. Expect a price of around the £30 area with full instructions for say a 60 to 70 bolt kit and including the engine kit.

What is this for? I have an 03' SV650N.

Its to replace all the swiss cheese bolts that Suzuki provide for you with and gives the bike a better look and less corrosive. Also like my bike SV1K I have replaced over 110 bolts so now i can work on most of mine with 3 allen keys.



Here is the full list of what will be in the kit plus instructions for all locations also included in the kit will be the 32 engine bolt kit total bolt list will be
66 bolts plus 17 assorted washers all-high grade stainless steel allen (socket head).
PRICE will be £27 plus P&P at about £2.50.

How easy are these too do? I'm pretty much a novice but wouldn't mind changing the cheese bolts.

Yes instructions will be in there with the correct size for each one tool list etc also with the engine you even get a pic to show you from a list where each one goes.Like the one below from my SV1K

No complaints about the service - only remembered to PayPal Chewy at about 11 yesterday morning and the bag'o'bolts thudded onto the mat first post today!

Separately bagged and listed with reference photos and torque settings - shouldn't be able to go wrong. Unfortunately, with the great outdoors as my workshop, it'll be some time before bolts meet bike but I'll report back when it happens.

I think you did, As some of others who supply bolt kits like mine with NO instructions are asking £70 and you dont get as many.

Reason is stainless steel this year has gone up by 180% (raw materiel) because the Chinese are now consuming anything they can get there hands on. But I got a large order in just before the price hike. So there is no need to pass it on to you until I run out and have to re-order.

The delrin that I use for my mirror spacers have gone up for the same reason but I could not swollow the extra costs so they have had to go up in price.
