Looks like I'll be on my lonesome
I'll ride to Leyburn (local village) to price up some new rubber, then I'll nip to Squires for a brew (all being well) - I have to be back home for 6pm to collect my kids anyway :D
price up some new rubbers
They're £2 for 2 in my local if that helps

well I am at home, but pretending to work. Might slope out for an hour this afternoon. but you are a tad to far away so enjoy the roads.
Leyburn.... , We have the use of a cottage in Askrigg. once took No 2 daughter with us (15yrs old at time). We took her into Hawes as we need to do a bit of "shopping". She had not realised we did not mean the normal 6 hours the girlies do when they hit the Trafford Centre and therefore was not impressed.
"Never mind Laura, we will pop down to Leyburn and you can have a look at the shops there" her face when we got there was a picture. It took me at least 4 pints that night for her to start smiling again

Well I did get my hour out. I sloped off to Skipton to buy a couple of growlers for us teas.
Weather was fine when I set off, even put on the summer power ranger suite but blinkin cold by the time I got back.
But now in serious trouble, I bought a seat cowl last week and was expecting it to arrive at the weekend when the missus is at work. The guy did me a favor and sent it without waiting for the cheque to clear as he thinks I am a nice guy, and the missus took delivery.
It was a pity I was only allowed an hour, the bike was handling better than it had felt for a long while. but there were far too many tractors out today
