Clear Alternatives is making clear ones (mine should arrive tomorrow) and there is another company the integrates the stock light (more expensive)

Same in the US but it is rarely inforced.

Looks tre' 8) & at $95 US... Is that all

But I think the boys in Blue would be more than happy to pull you over for those in the UK :!:

Perhaps Fraser01 could comment :?:

They do look very nice and just for that it would be tempting. If it wasn't for the fact that alot of drivers can't even spot the oem indies, that is.

Not a chance in hell of me putting those on a road bike, I value myself too much.

I share your sentiments there carsick, mini winkers and intergrated lights do look good, but they also have to be bloody bright for me to be convinced to fit them.......

it's not the brightness so much as I just don't think most people will twig what it means quickly enough.

They were put on clear alt's website in December, made last week, shipped on Monday, and mine arrived today.

Here is a real video...

Hey,

I love those... I think I really want those... If my highmount interferes with my current turn signals this is a definate option.

Ronlarimer did you buy those? Is that your bike in the video? Where did you buy them? Here (http://clearalternatives.com/new.htm) on their site it still says:

Coming Soon

Mv Agusta Clear Lenses
03-05 SV650/1000 Integrated Taillight
Honda Goldwing GL1800 Front lenses

I also checked eBay and had no luck there either. Thanks,

Mitch

Yea that is my wide behind and my bike.

The highmount was the reason I got it. The holeshot is so high it blocked the view to my right turnsignal.

And you can order it on this page... http://www.shopserv3.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=CA&Category_Code=SV650+%2F+1000

Hey thanks man! I read right over the SV650 bit...

How was the installation? Tough?
I imagine it replaces the tail lights?
Are the tail lights just as bright as stock?
Are the signal lights just as bright as stock?
I was thinking that the brake lights drowned out the signal lights when braking. Is that just the video?

Thanks again,

Mitch

Sorry for the exam... ;)

Those are fantastic. Just to think I sold my SV before I could get my hands on a set as well!
I think I'd have taken a chance.
If Fraser and GForce are around, what do you think chaps? A definitely collar-feel or not??? Or if you were riding sensible like what I does, do you think they would let you off agreeing on the total coolness of said lights?

Hello peeps,

Just been directed to this post.....they look pretty neat don't they....

However the main problem i can see, without going out and measuring it is the minimum separation distance between indicators on opposite sides of the vehicle is 240mm

This is more an MOT thing, although that is the legal distance they have to be separated and that they are E marked...

other stuff is..

15 - 36 watts (plainly visible from a reasonable distance)

Flash between 60 - 120 flashes per min

Hope this helps

Regards

Fraser

Well at least they get the thumbs up from the style police. That's the main thing

You dont have to hook up the indicators if you dont want them but i run with an ermax under tray with them fitted into it, so this should look better on mine. Interested in what the traffic police have to say on this one.
I think i may fit in a two way double pole switch under the seat or some were so i can have them in the circuit or not.
