We tend not to use them at work unless a customer specifys it. The reason I was given is that the quality is sporadic and the fit is often annoyingly out by a small margin. Delivery times can be a bit hit and miss too.

To be fair I have heard the odd good review/satisfied customer so it can't be all bad.

Pyramid and Skidmarx are who we normally deal with.

I personally got a Skidmarx CF hugger at the NEC last year (before working at the Honda dealer) and was very pleased with the fit and quality. Other stuff I saw there seemed a bit on the flimsy side.
When buying the Gaffa Ninja too I was told that the hugger it was fitted with is a Powerbronze one... a few layers of clingfilm would be more rigid!

Yes I got a rear hugger from them for my thou. Was not impressed at all. An alround piece of cack that is still sitting in the back of my garage. So if anyone would like a horrable piece of worthless plastic just give me a shout.

I've been told on the vfr forums to steer well clear of them

I'll let you know when i actually recieve the stuff, their customer service is pants, ordered stuff at ally pally and still haven't received most of it.

Phoned them the first time, was told they would look into it and nobody come back to me, called back was told that the belly pan wasn't ready but they would send out everything else.

Still didn't receive anything a week later so called back to be told it all had to be made apart from one item and i'll get it in about another 5 days. Pretty much means it'll be 3-4 weeks before i recieve all my order.

dont get me compleatly wrong it dont look to bad on the bike, but i did have to wait 8 weeks for it ! they kept blaming the painters and yes a few more layers of cling film would stiffen it up a tad.
i e mailed them about 15 pictures of my pan and a strong letter about 5 days ago but ive herd nothing.
thanks

This feedback is vital! I've been planning on using them to sort out an undertray, but now I'm not going to - they're local to me, the website stuff looks good, but if they can't deliver to the expectations of the masses they must be missing the point!

Thanks for the heads-up lads

I have to say, I've had no bother with my colour coded undertray for my K3 (apart from it being a tw@ to fit, with those stupid plastic bolts )

didnt get any reply from powerbronze! nothing not a phone call, e mail or letter.
i think that goes to show what they think of aftersales,my advice would be to buy from someone else who cares!

Was it second hand or new, i was quoted around a hundred quid for a suzuki colour matched one from my local dealer.

the seat cowel was new colour matched in sonic silver in the box!
i asked if the price was right because 42 quid seemed cheap to me, my local dealer gave me a copy of the suzuki parts cataloge and price list and it was correct, unless it was a printing error but thats all i paid.
my local dealer is highways 01902 773608.
all the other stuff in the cataloge is stupidly priced.
i asked powerbronze why there colour matched one was 115 quid and they said they are all hand made to order, they dont make it till you have payed. (ring highways and ask for a cataloge)
thanks

Put the belly pan, undertray on yesterday.

They all went on ok but not happy with the fit on the undertray at all. Leaves big gaps around the tail light and all the plastic screws/bolts that they want you to fix it with is a bit of a joke. ditched them, used the old screws for the top and two normal screws to attach at the bottom.

It was a bit cheaper then everybody else and now i know why.

I'm going to take it as leason learnt and never buy from them again and also advise anybody who asks to stay clear as well.

I recently bought a belly pan, hugger and undertray, it took two weeks to arrive and it took me a day to fit all three. The only problem i had was the hugger bracket they sent was the wrong one for my k3 sv but i made a mod and all is well, i suppose some might say i shouldnt have to make any mods i just couldnt wait to get it all on, looks really cool but i think the plastics could do with being a bit more stiffer.
