Who watched this last night then?

I got in just in time to catch the last half and i was disgusted to say the least.

I would have though all of the Soho Massive at least would be glued to the screens for this one.

Yep i watched it.

Everything we already knew in video.

Writing down/memorising numbers walking off, you wont get the ticket for 4 weeks, so cant pay it in two, and get 50quid off.

Starting the couter before they are at the car, so they can issue the ticket imidatly etc.

Interestingly they wen't allowed to ticket anyone parked out side the mosque even though they were parked illigally, for more than 5mins.

What dan said pretty much.
I liked the fact that the undercover warden guy would actually question his coleagues behavior.

What annoyed me the most was the faceless (they were covered) and brainless (they were born that way i guess) supprot staff in offices who have no concept of the legalities of what they do.

One woman had got a letter to prove that she didnt own the car since such a date and all the tickets she was getting should be recalled and cancelled. One member of staff agrees, the other and for no reason i could comprehend, says "yeh but thats only for one innit?, she needs to have proof for all of em"
the letter was from a notarty i believe, she had taken him all the proof of when she sold the car. Nothing that comes after it is her problem but the good folk in the offices wre happy to allow abaliff to turn up unless she "had evidence for each ticket, that ketter will only refer to one"

they should all be taken out and shot, imho

Parking

Two journalists go undercover to investigate the truth about parking enforcement. With fines being issued in the UK every five seconds, reaping local councils and private businesses more than £1billion a year in revenue, the documentary exposes how far some attendants will go to con motorists and make money for themselves on the side (T) (W/S)

If you can recover last nights Evening Standard paper, there's coverage there. Nothing new, just a fresh "investigative piece of journalism" which perpetuates the saga of scams played out by parking companies, with full knowledge of those who are supposed to be above reproach, like in law enforcement offices (Here I issue a waiver in favour of Lynn, or she may come after me for VaT) 8) but no one authority is prepared to kill off the golden goose.

I watched this and was not suprised at all, it almost beggars belief that attendants can be put on report or even sacked for not issuing enough tickets! If not enough people park illegally then what else are they do to except break the rules!

Couldnt believe the way that guy was trying to steal that Bandit either! After only 5 days! Blooming cheek! :x
