I recently purchased a MOTRAX paddock stand with bobbins and hooks.

It cost around £40 without the bobbins and hooks.
I have noticed today however that the paddock stand has buckled due to the weight.
I have only used the stand twice an am now left with the situation of having to buy something else, I will probably save up and get a centre lift.

So if anyone reads this in regards to buying a MOTRAX paddock stand think again they are useless. [-X

I would be taking it back mate! I bought a Micron rear stand from HG a month or two back and love it. Infact my little boy thinks it is the best thing that I have ever bought, as he gets to lower the bike off it while I hold the bike steady.

My 'cheapo' paddock stand cost me £5 off eBay... I paid £7.45 for the bobbin hooks (again eBay )   (I already had the 'Bikesliders' swing-arm bobbins (http://www.bikesliders.com/Sliders.htm#smallsliders))

I also bought the matching front stand from eBay too for £35 delivered :!:

£47.45 for front & back paddock stands... Bargain
