Cycling shops sell high-vis covers to go over rucksacks, so you can use any colour bag.

HG do one that is black 'normally' but then has a high vis pull-out rain cover. So you only look a knob/a safety conscious person (delete as appropriate) in the wet :D

I've got a Kriega rucksack which is very comfy and waterproof, it's designed specificaly for use on motorbikes. It also has reflective parts on the back & front.
Look at there website for pics & prices

Gota Knox aeropak. (backpac)

Had some trouble with it, as it tends to rip at the top, so I was to find out

But they have sent me a new one since.

It has a big "KNOX" luminous thing on the back.

So you don't look such a nobba, not that there's anything wrong with being bright and all that.

But I recently said on another thread. And have recently noticed that:

You could be on fire with MASSIVE flames coming out your head - going down the motorway at 200mph and the car drivers still wouldn't see you

Beleive!

I use a bergen for carrying my stuff around.. yes, its bigger than me... but I can fit loads of crap in there! even got the removable side pockets too :) Not bad for free :D My boss paid £80 for it.. didnt use it so gave it to me.. comparing their £160 new.. not bad at all..
You could fit a family of refugees in there :D

The way I justify not wearing high vis and having a black bike is that there is little point in relying on other people to see you (I read in the police riders handbook that one third of all motorists will not register your presence as a motorcyclist! ). You have to ride as though you're invisible to everyone apart from police and speed cameras. I think wearing high vis would make me lax.
Plus it makes you look like a knobber.
