New to the site, so hello all. Been reading for a few days now and seems really friendly.

I've had a SV650S, 4 year old, for about 1 year and got brave attempting my own service. Everything was fine until I tried removing the side fairing to access the spark plugs. The rearmost bolt on the rh fairing appears to be cross threaded into place and completely stuck. Having never removed it before I didn't notice it, but the head seems to be totally rounded off as well!

Anybody got any way of getting it out so I can replace the thread, if thats what has gone wrong with it? I'm really stuck! :(
Any help will be most appreciated....

Thanks for the tip. I thought the drill might have to make a formal intro.....with my club hands I'll probably drill a new hole in the fairing.....perhaps a few new holes will make the bike go quicker???

I try your suggestion first. Cheers! :D
