Some years were silver and some black. If you look at the pic you can clearly see the water pump housing and cylinder arrangement. It's a SV motor, looks like a homemade trellis frame and no front brake.

SV engine would be perfect for Flat track... But even thinking about riding one of those things is mental... You gotta love americans :shock:
