1. are motrax crash bungs any good? and what is best way to cut my fairing? to make em fit?

2. I have seen some small indicators they are 10mm bolt and wattage of 23 - will they pop straight on my 02 SV or not and will they blink at same rate or need a resistor or summat?

1 - no, there sh*t, apparently, RnG's are the only ones to go for- i use them but have never tested them out

2- you will need to get yourself some indy spacers to make them fit, not sure about the resistors, but i know LED ones need resistors - dont buy them for more than a pound (ive seen some places selling the resistors for a tenner)

they have some cheap indicators at busters at the mo, i just got some led clear flushmount ones for 15 quid (motrax are doing them for 30)
they need resistors but im not gonna fit em

some of the above may be incorrect - but im sure someone will come along and correct me.

http://www.busters-accessories.co.uk/proddetail.asp?prod=IS

there what you need.

these are made by a comany called motrix, there slightly cheaper than motrax ones, but they dont seem to have them for an SV, try calling busters to find out, if not, go for the motrax ones (there about a tenner rather than a fiver)

Or, get a bit of thin plastic, poke a 10mm hole in it, fix it to the inside of the fairing with the original indicator mountings, and then bolt your indicators of choice to the plastic. Free, and also crashes very well- instead of smacking your indicator into the fairing, the plastic breaks so the indicator can just drag clear.

Oh aye, with the bungs, nobody has a bad word for the JHS ones, while quite a few have bad words for the old R&Gs. I found them to be excellent but there's a few bad reports out there. Also, Cloggsy'll be along in a minute to tell you about his Motosliders, which are made by a nice fellow called Nate on SV Rider and seem very good indeed.

Cloggsy has bikesliders, which are made by a different bloke, though I don't know if he's on SV Rider.

Ah sorry, thought they were the same thing

OK then, Cloggsy has some random other sliders on his which he likes. Also, lots of people swear by the Motosliders which are made by a nice guy called Nate off SV Rider
