First Aid course for bikers

I have just signed up to do a first aid course run by the St Johns Ambulance, specifically designed for bikers and what to do in the event of a motorcycle accident. 4 hours on a weekend and a cost of £35.

cool. need to do my refresher.

though the last one I did was a police first aid course so I got to learn how to deal with knife wounds, gun shot wounds and car accidents among other things.

After seeing a downed bike on my way home last night (rider was in the ambulance) I started thinking I want to do a first aid course just in case...

St John's run one in Romford - did it recently and it was good.
