What a nutter... I dread to think what sort of state the bike was in when he got home!!!!

As someone who is doing that journey very soon - 10 weeks to leaving and I am wishing time away!!!! - I would never do it on an R1!

I saw the bike at the Scottish Bike Show... It was in pretty good nick, though I don't know how much tidying up it'd had. Wouldn't have looked out of place in a london solo MC bay...
