I was getting my bike serviced with the Mrs on the Van Van over the weekend in Birmingham, and she parked her bike next to mine in the car park then proceeded to knock hers into mine when getting off which sent it over onto the ground (the colour drained from my face as I saw it going).
Amazingly the only damage is a slightly bent bar end which is scuffed - not a scratch anywhere else (I don't know how, it must have been at the optimum crashing angle for minimum damage) - I was fortunate as well that it happened before the service :D so they checked it over in the workshop and didn't report anything back.
Anyway, my question is, can I use Hammerite and a bit of wet/dry to smooth this out, or is there a better way?
Also, there's a very small dent in the petrol tank and a small scratch which I think was caused by a large stone being flung up. How do you get those out easily? I presume you can buy touch up paint for the scratch?
Cheers
