I'm sure you will all be happy to read this, but im fed up with the inane banter of this forum and wont be visiting anymore.
Before i go, I would just like to point out that i have never seen such bad spelling and grammar as appears on this forum.
Why do the culprits hide behind the excuse of 'being dyslexic', when they are quite clearly just lazy or poorly educated?
Oh, and for all you idiots working in the computer industry,..........Get a real job. I wonder what you would all have done for work twenty years ago. Discuss!

On the subject of grammer... I think you'll find that when writing im you should place an inverted commar after the I as in i'm. Secondly, when writing i on it's own, it should be a capital I.

Back to the zoo with you monkey and take your nuts with you.

If you're well educated then it was money wasted.

Good riddance.

Don't worry, he's not worth worrying about.

I got a great PM from him with the subject "****" and the content:

"How bout you come and say that to my face. Big man."

After I posted :stupid: about one of his comments about everyone who drives over 90mph on the motorway being a knob.

Top guy ;)

Gulp. Which other forums have you been to  ? Whilst far from perfect, this is one of the best I've seen for good SPAG. Also, if you complain about other people's spelling or grammar, you have to make damn sure yours is flawless. See my marking above.

Well, lookee-here, we have a luddite in our midst. Oh, but you ride a bike, which had some of its components designed on a computer and, if it's FI, has a computer on board.

As an aside, I've liked your comments generally and you seem a reasonably sensible, down to earth bloke. Leaving, just because some people are slack in their spelling, seems a bit extreme.

Still, if you want to go, I won't try to stop you. Take care and ride safe. Cheers.

I don't think that's quite the reason he's leaving, but nm, it's done now.

Oh dear! :?

1) This is a forum, not a formal document where spelling needs to be perfect. Yes some are very bad, but that's their problem, not yours.

2) This clearly isn't a Biking Issue, but your issue! It is, at the very most Idle Banter, but I don't even think it's worthy of that.

3) You've abused your membership, with an attack on everyone here. If you wanted to bugger off... then bugger off!

(edit: corrected my spelling  )

Personally I think it's a shame when we lose anyone. The fact that Steve H made 441 posts says that he was a part of the community. Okay he may have been a little out of order with this post but he obviously feels disgruntled, whether rightly or wrongly.

Rather than tell him to bugger off (honestly not pointing at anyone) perhaps we should have looked for a way to win him back into the fold rather than him disappear and possibly bad mouth us on other forums. Let's try harder next time ;).

I'll delete this topic in the next 24 hours (long enough for anyone that's posted to read a reply) as it's not in our best interests to keep it displayed I suggest.
