Probably quite a bit to be honest. To fit a slip on or new can you need to cut the old system off, usually about 2 inches behind the weld at the bottom of the "up-pipe" (that's not a real word, but it works) Usually they'd come with a link pipe tailored to fit the existing pipework and the new can, but the midpipe with the system probably won't do the same job... It might not even break in the right places to fit at all. Maybe D&D can supply a link pipe for you? Since the can itself is quite often the same on teh systems as it is for the slipons.
The only way to know is to try it really... But from the systems I've seen, the amount of work needed to make the can alone fit is going to be much more than rejetting to suit the system. I suspect you'd be better selling or trading the system for a slip-on.
Can alone shouldn't need jetting, though, you're spot on there.
From what you have put, I'm understanding that you have a full D&D system?
Why don't you just fit the whole lot?
Or clarify what you have got.
Dan.
