Where's the BS Kite Mark on AGV Helmets?

Just noticed that my AGV DemonV doesn't have a BS label. It's gold stamped, but I can't find the darn kite mark. Only checking after all this time because I'm booking a track day. Any ideas? Can't find it under the padding. I've even tried cleaning some of the flies off but it aint under there!

new helmets won't have a kite mark anymore, they'll just have CE and the number for the EC standard on them.

Cheers guys. In that case should I have an ECE sticker? The gold ACU is all I have apart from a quality control sticker and usual safety gubbins inside the lining.

mines got a blue BS sticker just a couple of inches away from the gold sticker, helmet is less than one year old.

There's usually a label sewn onto the chin-strap :thumbsup:

Thanks guys. I still can't find it, but spoken to the track day organisers and told as long as it's ACU gold stamped I'll be fine.

And 22, my wife bought a helmet last year and it's BS marked too. Just checked the date of manufacture and it was 1999!

Quite... You can't get an ACU gold stamp if the helmet hasn't passed the old BS (and new Euro) tests and gained the highest level of approval (blue BS sticker, not green!!)

Yep - BS marks stopped being the norm probably just over a year ago, so any helmet that's "new" with a BS mark on it, must be at least a year old... Possibly more! :?
