A week ago I filled out the online insurance quote. Choosing "SV 650UK4 2004 ON" as the motorcycle. My bike is a K4 SV650.
The quote I received was significantly cheaper than Carole Nash. So I filled it out and paid the money.
I received the proposal form only to find the bike is listed as 248cc, That is why the quote was cheaper. I rang them up and the premium has now gone up to match carole nash.
So I am now in the process of canceling the insurance with Hibernian.

Even though Hibernian are pulling out of motorcycle insurance, be aware.

If Hibernian are pulling out of bike insurance does that mean that Carol Nash are going to be the only company doing it or are there more that I havent heard about?

AON are a broker for AXA now. AON only used to go through bike shops as well, you had to buy your bike in a shop to be able to insure with them. Dunno if that's changed.
