Just bought a set of HEL braided brake lines for front and back, a set of double sintered EBC front pads and the Ohlins front fork springs primarily because ive always meant to but never got round to it, but also to put my mind at rest when my newly qualified mate has a go on it  [-o<

Anything else that can be done to the front to stop him putting it through a hedge? seriously though, have I covered everything that makes a more planted front end. Considered dropping the forks through but not sure if its worth it?

Dropping the forks gives you faster turn in and less high speed stability, not a more planted front- though it could still help keep him on the road. I'd avoid fitting the rear line if you're worried about hsi riding, it makes it easier to lock the rear buit doesn't really give much of an advantage.

Choosing the right oil and getting the setup- preload and air gap- right is pretty much all that's left to you unless you want to go up a step with emulators I think.

Pre load adjusters?
Saves mucking around with spacers to get the front set just right.

If you're so worried why let him have a go in the 1st place?
