The offside headlight on my month old K5 appears to be cracking in three places from the top edge downward towards the middle. :( The cracks run parallel to each other at 90 degrees from the edge. Looks like stress rather than impact to me......

Anyone else seen this?

Get it back to the dealers and demand justice...

I do beleave that someone has had this problem on the forum before.

yeah probaly their fault...


said in a sarcastic overtone! :lol:

If it has stress cracked then it will be changed under warranty. Get it booked in but be polite as it isnt their fault!..and remember dealers do get plenty of people that take the ****. Suzuki will have to get the part checked out, as happened when we claimed for one on a GSXR600.

If no luck with your local dealer we might be able to help but we are in Surrey.

Thanks, just wondering how common it was.

I'll be trying the dealer ASAP. They've been fine so far..... I hope I'll still be saying that in a few days time.

Headlights are being replaced under warrantee! :D :D :D

is that just on the k5 or 3 and 4 aswell?
