Price of a GSXR-600 V reg

This is kind of a two part question.

First of all, its a Suzuki GSXR-600 V Reg with only 4,400 miles on the clock and is in good nick with original exhaust still fitted.

How much would you expect to get for it?

Also anyone interested in it? He is hesitant about selling it to a garage as they are unlikely to give him as much as private sale.

He was pretty vague about price stating a couple of grand...im guessing looking at biketrader atleast 3grand. Dunno reckon more or less?
