Hi,
I just wanted to ask a few questions as i'll be ordering a new SV650 in black within a few weeks,
If i order one from GS will i have to pay the full asking price?
And if so would they be willing to fit additional accessories labour free, such as a hugger, seat cowl, belly pan etc?
Thanks and Best Regards
Kevin
will i have to pay the full asking price?
dont pay the asking price - dealers always have room to deal.
tell them "you are buying a bike and have the money to do it - someone else will be happy to deal with you it they dont" No dealer will let a deal slip away for a £100
and thats in your pocket - or you could negotiate a deal to throw in a few extras provided you know what they are worth to you.
Good luck with the new SV

Well i was going to order the bike and also buy,
a belly pan (does the OEM cover the pipe at the bottom?),hugger and seat cowl, and i was also thinking of getting an undertray but to be honest i'm not technically minded so i thought of just getting a tail tidy.
Also when i read that to change the can you have to cut the pipe this scares me
I haven't even passed my test yet so i was planning to buy the bike until i pass the test as i don't want to miss the 0% intrest deal that Suzuki are offering.
At the minute i'm riding a CG125 :-({|= and after 12000 miles i finally been given a kick up the back side!!
A bike is my main mode of transport as i use it 360 days a year so i was thinking of keeping the CG for comutting in and out of work and also to use over the winter time.

welocme to the forums m8 :D
GS are pretty hard to get any deal on the actual price of a new bike.
They are pretty good tho when it comes to getting some extras, very often they fit a lot of these extras to the bikes before they even hit the showroom so id definately think you have a good chance of gettinga good deal on some extras.
And dont let any dealer make it sound like they are giving you something for free when they offer a first service, this service is basically free anyway as it needs so little work.
It may be worth lookin at a few of GS second hand sv's as you will get a much better deal ona bike which is already past its run-in period and most of those owners may have added bits and bobs which will save you the effort.
When you get some pics of your bike feel free to email them to me sharpy010@hotmail.com and ill get them added to totalsv.co.uk
