Finally found a nice & cheap undertray.

It's the OEM Suzuki one.

Took me 3 hours to fit it :? It's a bit less room after you fit it so i had to put my alarm in one of the side panels.... very fiddely.

Anyway here are the pics.

before, during and after.

I have to drill new holes in the number plate... can't be bothered to buy a new one. I hope the additional holes won't make it illegal :P

Very nice, been meaning to get one of these for ages.

How much did it cost, also do you have the part number? Do you specify the colour at the same time.

Looking good though

It normaly costs £140 i think if u buy from your suzuki dealer.

occationally you see them popping up on eBay from these guys for ~70 inc shipping.

You just have to wait for the right colour

The one I bought is actually the newer yellow but you cannot see it on the picture. To be honest I'm not bothered about it at all

looks a lot better. Still waiting for a blue one to appear on eBay. (It will never happen) or some clown will bid £160 for it.

Now I do believe wigan is looking for an original undertray.

Now all you have to do is break off all the fixings, then refit it using loads of bungees, and it'll look just like mine!

Joking aside, I'd say it's worth replacing the washers provided with larger ones at each of hte points where it fixes to the undertray, and maybe putting a bit more foam between the battery and the undertray and puttign rubber washers between the plastic and subframe. It's more rigid plkastic than stock so it's not so good with impacts, the weight of my battery cracked the front 2 fixings then a while later I was riding with a chain and toolkit in the boot, went over a speedbump and the whole undertray got punched out! Easy to avoid with just a little effort, I'll be modifying the replacement just a little.

Also, the fixings corrode very easily, so get in there with the protection...
