I absolutely loathe them, and the slogan that "safety cameras save lives" is such a load of bull**** it makes me want to report them to the ASA. It's such a paradox because to get that ****in' "safety" camera in the first place, a minimum of 4 people will have died. Not withstanding the fact that those 4 fatalities will probably have nothing to do with driving too fast in the first place.

There's been a crash. Reduce the speed limit to a stupid level, blame it on speed and stick up a cameras. That way we can cash in.

the people didnt have time to put down flowers after the camera as they were too busy looking at their speedo and looking out for more cameras.
