my bike is 2002 SV650S
I bought it at 2005/4.and I hade been changed front and rear tire (Bridgestone BT-014) and handle bar.
Nice bike,strong enough,light weight,easy ride for daily use.
(only 2 SV650 in Taiwan)

:roll: :shock: :D
No,because of tax problem,250cc~400cc-->70 usd
401cc~600cc--->130 usd
601cc~1200cc--->210 usd
1201cc~~~------->700 usd per year
so,SV650 is rare in Taiwan,only 2 SV650 in Taiwan as I know. :cry:

Are they Yamaha mirrors? And if so how did you find an adapter?

.
You have good eyes!! The backmirrors of my bike are YAMAHA FZ6N. The Clutch and the left mirror adapter are also of YAMAHA FZ6N, because they come together. The right mirror adapter is a low-end product for temporary use only.

Good choice in bikes Mate,
Do you still have to be able to pick the bike up from lying down, to be able to buy it ?.

Ah. Yes I have a similar problem in that I've got KTM Super Duke mirrors that I want to put on my naked SV but the threads are different and I need to find an adapter or have some machined, which so far has proved somewhat difficult to find someone that will do it.

Very difficult :cry:
I changed the S-type for N-type,I'm bothered by handle bar and head light and speed meter and mirror . :cry: Bar is OK,mirror is ok,head light come from local dealer's HONDA-CB400sf,the last problem is speed meter.

In Taiwan, most riders choose 1000 c.c. motorbikes because they look more powerful. I guess there is ...... in it :lol: . Most people who buy SV choose SV1000. That's why there are many SV1000, but few SV650. :cry:

Your bike looks fantastic. It is the best colour blue. Although what manufacturer is your fly screen? I need one too...

My sv fly screen is made in taiwan for Honda CB series,quality is ok but not top level,cheap,strong enough.
Honda CB series is the largest group in taiwan.
