Muddy Coffee gave me the idea for doing this,
No problem it's a great idea. here is some of my older bikes
http://www.rocknroll.f9.co.uk/motor/dirt.jpg
This is a Yamaha DT100 which was my first bike back in about 1987
http://www.rocknroll.f9.co.uk/motor/suzi1.jpg
This was my 4th bike in around 1990 ish Suzuki GSX250
http://www.rocknroll.f9.co.uk/motor/b600r.jpg
This was my 5th Bike, Kawasaki GPZ600R
http://www.rocknroll.f9.co.uk/motor/ltd450.jpg
This was a Kawasaki LTD450. The engine was a torquey twin which was supposed to be half of a 900 ninja motor. It wasn't mine but I used to borrow it when I only owned a 250 and my mates all had GPZ550. What a great bike it was, but the flames were a bit embarrasing.
Ummmmm, embarrassing....
Not got a picture of my PY80  But then i was like 6 years old...
STILL FOR SALE IF ANYONES INTERESTED>>>
200cc Gilera Runner 4 stroke..

And obviously my SV...

Yeah I bought my GSX250 for a hundred quid non running from someone's shed. All it needed was carbs cleaning out, new petrol, new oil and bump starting for half an hour.
And what a super little bike it was. Very light and fun I thought at the time. Sold it for £250 when I bought My GPZ600, I should have bought a bigger bike with more forgiving handling, as I didn't get on with the handling of the Kwak.

I had a GSX250, in silver back in the 80's has a runabout. Up & down M1 from Leeds to Sheffield :!: Alternator failed which was a problem with them, had to get an upgraded one from Suzuki. One of a large number of bikes I have owned over the years. Started with a Triumph Tiger Cub, had a T120 (68?) Bonnie which I used to pick my wife up from school on  SV definetly the best overall bike I have owned.
here is my bikes starting with a K1 in 2001 first bike :D

Not anymore ya muppet  I rode with you last month...
I sold that bike just before I left Gangster's paradise. Clutch was fried, engine had an oil leak, brakes were kaput and the bloke just looked at the fancy paint job and the polishing

Yes, that was taken in December 2000. Not far from Jan Smuts, I mean Johannesburg international in the Wi****ersrand, I mean Gauteng Province. I had just come back from the annual toyrun to Pretoria, I mean Tshwane. Jeez all this name changing by the commies can be confusing.

SV650 christmas cards
Now, there another GREAT Idea....
First bike was a Derbi GPR50. Blew up three times in the year I owned it, but what do you expect from a race tuned 50 that did a genuine 70mph!
http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y8/Dan_SV/DSCF0020.jpg
Designed the custom painjob myself, and painted it with lots of help from my old man, it has twin black stripes down it, one little one, and one bigger one, on top of the lovely grainy metallic grey. Chrome stickers looked good too. Did the whole thing up from a box of bits I bought for £200. ****ed my mate right off seeing as he had a brand new one, and mine was faster and got more attention 8) .
Then I moved onto this:
http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y8/Dan_SV/DSCF0017.jpg
Don't have any better pic's unfortunately, it's a Varadero 125, complete with V-twin powerplant. I even fitted it with the obligatory race-can. It was a bloody good bike.
Then this piece of ****e....

I loved that bike, even though it was a rolling disaster area. That is, when it was rolling, much of the time it was a defiantly stationary disaster area. But I still reckon it looked damn fine- a more convincing cruiser than most of the big Viragos in fact.

yeah might help if you repack the rear baffle its heating the outer can body as you can see
Just been repacked my good friend (abut 500ish miles ago). It just gets hot it would seem, either that or the packing has allready burnt out, but that seems unlikely this early on? I have been keeping an eye on it anyway, if the heat tarnishing spreads any more than it has i'll open the can up and have a poke about, and if needs be repack it again.
I'm possibly on the hunt for something a bit quieter anyways, maybe a different exhaust, or an R6.........
Sorry, just dreaming there, until next spring maybe.

My 16 year son would sell his soul for either a GPR50 or an RS50. He's gonna have to make do with a step through until he's 17 and can have a "bike"....

Had a Gilera Runner 50 Purejet first, was well proud of it until it broke and refused to be fixed! Not got many pics of it on the pc, only this one!
http://www.bikepics.com/pics/pics/gilera-runner-03-bikepics-286234.jpg
Next was my dream bike at the time, the RS125. Saved up for bloody ages to afford this bike, and even then i couldnt really afford it. Bottom end seizure meant it had to go, i cried the day that went.
http://www.bikepics.com/pics/pics/aprilia-rs125-00-bikepics-306100.jpg
sorry about the big pic!
http://www.bikepics.com/pics/pics/aprilia-rs125-00-bikepics-296690.jpg
Then finally, the suzy! Extremely impressed with this bike, does everything i wantit to, knee downs ae a piece of cake, brakes rule, can easily keep up with the so called "amazing handling" 400 crew. Won't be selling it for a while!

And for the "worst pic of the thread" award, i present my knee down, i had to have the lights off as well otherwise it dazzled the camera! Put them on as soon as the pic was taken though;
