Battery/Starting problems (again)

My bike wont start. I thought it was the battery before, which it was. I purchased an optimate 3 charger and charged the battery until it was ready.

The bike started, no problems. It started a 2nd time. Would it start 3 times? No!! So I charged the battery again, reinstalled the battery and left the bike for a couple of days. Next time I try to start the bike its a no-go.

So I am now charging this bloody battery for a 3rd time in less than 1 week. Do I have a faulty battery?!

sounds like a possibly faulty battery... or if youre running it, lights on and its not charging while its running then could be faulty rectifier. hope its the first.

Out of interest, how many times, without riding the bike inbetween, should I be able to start my bike from cold on a fully charged battery?

I'd think many more than the 3 that I got, right?
