just to make you aware that bike your rattling up behind or is rattling up behind you could be one of these.

based at workington in cumbria but working the roads all over cumbria today they were at hartside.

id keep a few copies under your seat. . . so if you get pulled by them - you can swap em the pics for a blind eye :)

I too was wondering about the lights. Do the bikes have VASCAR? (video monotoring equip)

No lights etc they are used for bike safety and awareness only, they are trying to put the message across about safe riding.
They are not stealth bikes to hunt and catch you out. But don’t try anything stupid they still have the power to book you. How do I know umm my next-door neighbour is in traffic and I am from Cumbria.
