Re-boring a Bros?

[Red ones]

A mate has got a Bros, smokes slightly under load and starts to run a little rougher.
We suspect it needs reboring. Is there anywhere worth looking at in East London (Canning Town sort of area) what is the price likely to be??

Any help appreciated?
