undertray/tail tidy for curvey help

iv got a tail tidy for my curvey ,(small aluminium one) and dont know how to fit it .i would imagine ill have to cut the old one ,but im stumped as to where .the plate light is in the way ,anybody done this or am i as well buying another undertray and using that....can someone pls put pics up ,i dont want to butcher it(no bread knives involved haha)but seriousley i cant find that thread even,,,any tips folks :wink:
