I can see it but it looks like the Daleks got to exterminate it first!
Is it an XR1000?Good lid if it is.
not sure exactly what its called  i wore it today on my training day its really comfy and allows me to concentrate more cos i can actually see out of it and it doesn't steam up  feels good because its 1 step closer to getting my bike, my instructor says i should be ready for my test after my next training they have tests every week so i should get it done before christmas 8)
any bigger picture of it? Looks good though and good luck in passing that test mate
looks like it's this (http://shop.apexmotorcycles.co.uk/acatalog/Shoei_Raid_2___Halex_TC5.html) Raid-II
very nice :) How do you find the pinlock anti-fog thingy, tried it on my shoei, but never really liked being able to see the edge of it, if you get my drift.
I'm the proud owner of a Raid. Excellent lid. Never tried the impact resistance mind, it was myarse that hit the ground, not my head. I used to use the training school's manky things that smelled of Lynx aftershave, and they were all too small so gave me a cracking headache. As well as nits.
yeah it is that raid II i love this helmet its so warm i know what you mean about the edge of the fog thing im getting a race tinted visor soon will this be mist resistant and are they road legal?
Most likely the tinted visor won't have the fittings for the pinlock anti-fog insert (Not that I've looked mind). And as far as I am aware anything with a tint above 50% (??) isn't road legal, so most likely you one won't be. But I wouldn't let that worry you too much, as long as your not using it in low light conditions, the police seem fairly lenient about them. I always carry my clear visor, so if it does get dark (rain storm, or I'm out longer than expected) or if the police pull me, I can change it over.
yeah im not too worried about the police i love tinted visors  my test is definately on the 13th now 11:41am im quite scared lol but i should be ok

Get a foggy to stop misting up 100% (if you set it up right)
The Pinlock on the Shoei is the best anti mist system I have used. Second best would be a fog city. Cant get on with any scarves or deflectors.
