View Full Version : Bellypans (dialup be slightly wary)

looks better on a naked than an 's', on the 's' it looks like a chunk of fairing is missing.
but i think it looks ok.
Looks good, but would look better in the Photos section. :P

i think an SV needs a belly pan, ANY BELLY PAN, that lone pipe at the front need to be cover'd in my humble opinion.

that's a very curvy bellypan . . . but then again it's on a 'curvy' bike :D
I prefer the more angular ones that you get on 'pointies' 8)
looks as good as you could get on a curvy mate, and thats meant as a compliment
an angular on a curvy would look pants

Its a very tidy bike and a lovely colour but......
I just think its a bit, well, bulbous really. Probably look better "in the flesh" as it were.
I'll get me coat  :D

The picture is of my brother's bike, the reason I did the poll was because I was thinking about putting a bellypan on my naked curvy but I just can't make my mind up.
Sometimes I look at his bike and think it looks good, sometimes I think it looks a bit (as you said) bulbous. :D
Looks pretty good! 8)

As its pretty much identical to my bike I will take that as a compliment!
And there was me thinking I had the only Candy Anteres Red Naked SV on here!

Bike looks great, but the 'pan just spoils it. Looks way too fat at the "point" with the distance between the front "nose" and the zaust downpipe being too large. IMHO you understand.
Cheers,
Garry
Bellypans are great things to have but if you've got a shiny downpipe, flaunt I say and dont hide it :D flaunt those curves

The genuine Suzuki ones look the best on "curvys" in my opinion
To me, it looks like that belly pan belongs on an aircraft. Though I love aircraft, it's on the wrong vehicle. Beautiful bike though.

I like it... though I think the Pyramids one (that one) looks better on a faired bike. it really fits the bike, while most just don't look right at all. With the rear of the ike kicked up a bit it looks better IMO.

Humm that would look awesome on my naked 02 yeller but HOLY CRAP do those little things cost so much money. And they are hard to find here in the states off the shelf.
