For those of us who are lucky enough to have a garage in this world with ever increasing house prices, what's you garage like.

Mine contains many framed pictures of semi clad women on MotoGP bikes. 8)

A crap piece of left over carpet to keep the bike on. :?

Many Flags draped down the wall cos I can't afford or be arsed to paint them.

Cross Trainer the missus bought and used only twice. :x

Weights bench I bought and only used once!

Shelves with countless tools and decorating kit and I still cannot find what I need. :x

Oh and a big black Spider called Nigel!

My mate is looking at Marble flooring for his cos he work's for a Grand Prix team and is a jammy git to be able to afford it.

On one side I have shelving with various items including assorted tools and DIY equipment, motorcycle accessories, bulk purchases, tent, cleaning materials and unwanted Christmas presents. I also keep my wheelie bin on that side of the garage.

Down the middle is a rather large E Class which sort of domiantes the space.

Along the other side is a tumble drier and the CBR1100XX.

I did manage to squeeze the SV infront of the shelves, but it really was impractical so that's now in my parents' garage.

Mine is a horrendous tip... I get about 4 square meters for the bike and related stuff, the rest is all mountain bikes, 4 lawnmowers, decade-old tins of paint, old doors, wood offcuts... Plus various assorted props from various unsuccesful amateur dramatics shows, and an old lighting desk.
And I've been spraying in there with not very good sheeting, so everything's covered in paint dust

But then, I get it for free so I can't complain.

Mines a metre wider than the average garage and linked to the hallway. White walls, doors to the garden and hall and electric garage door 8)
One side has couple wall mounted mountain bikes...other side has shelf units and a cupboard for my riding gear. Tools are all on racks at the back of the garage. Garage is real well lit and has loads of power outlets as well as cold water supply.

Bloody great it is :D and it only house my SV as the cars are banned

Also got a 3ft plastic covered poster of the girlfriends front cover magazine feature that was used at car shows.

It's only a standard sized garage - honest !! :D

All totally respectable in everyway except the Wicker Chair.
Shame on you!

The wicker chair came from my parents garage after they pssed away - I just haven't found room in the house for it yet.

But, in mitigation for this heinous 'crime' might I point out that it is not possible for anyone to sit on as it is below the shelves & has my sailing holdall, & a Baglux tank cover on it ??

PLEASE don't tell me that your tools have little outlines drawn around them so you know where each one 'lives' ?? :P

PAH! Why settle for one when you can have three. :D

For ease of reference they are usually labelled the garage, toolshed and barn. None of which have ever seen a car. Actually that's not true, my uncle kept his Morris van in the garage but he died before i was born!

I fear I might break the server listing all the stuff inside.
So to summarise the barn currently has a semi-dismantled SV, gardening junk, ladders, old paint etc. and my knackered mountain bike.
The garage has the Gixer Z, bike tools and lubes, my genny, two car bumpers, bits from our wind generator (!).
The toolshed has a lathe, bench grinder, arc welder, workbench, every wood and metalwork tool known to man and a sea of swarf.

The rest of the space is crammed with junk.

Abba stand

Loads of paints, greases, lubes all for the bike.

My garage is actually my shed. I have to wiggle the handlebars to get the bike in through the door.

However, it is a brick built shed so as far as the insurance company is concerned it's a brick built garage.
