Hiya, thanks for al the greetings :)

To answer a few questions/comments:-

Like I said I am not sure if it was a windup anyway, but from my tiny sample set of 1 post :D keithd seems ok (he made me laugh with the courgette comment anyway)!! :)

Jelster, er if I have the terminology correct, it is a ‘faired-curvy’! :)

Grinch, I don’t actually live in Portsmouth itself, but near it, I see you are cosham. Some bikes seem to congregate at the burger van along the hill near the Churchillilian, do you ever go there?!

Yes I do sometime go up there but not as much as I did due to havin the nipper now. I'll probably be up there a bit more when the weather clears up.

Hiya, I actually go to Bristol way quite often, but not on the big bike, I go minimoting at this place …http://www.minimoto.co.uk you ever been there? If you haven’t you NEED to!! :)

Perhaps we should organise a forum minimoto night?!?! :)

That looks awesome, how much does it cost to rent, under the FAQ's, it has a bit about how much does it cost but that shows prices to buy.

Could be enormous fun as a one off, and with being that low I may have a chance of getting my knee down

Hello blue, shame you're not a Midlander, we're becoming an endangered species on here

As I now have my own bike, I normally go to open practice sessions (run a bit like a big bike trackday) you can take your own bike and it is £20 for the evening, or you can hire one of theirs (price unknown).

But for a forum get-together, they have ‘GP events’ too, you need to get a party together (not sure minimum, but about 20) and it is held like a mini race meet. With practice sessions, qualifying and a final. This option uses there bikes so you don’t need a bike and everyone is on equal kit. The GP was about £25ea when I did it about a year ago.

If we can get enough interest then a simple phone call will get the exact answers. :)

Hello blue, shame you're not a Midlander, we're becoming an endangered species on here

I grew up in Cambridgeshire, moved down here about 8 years ago for work, so even though I am now a true (far) southerner, I am indeed aware that life does exist above the M25!! :D

My bad?!? :D

Anyway, just on the off chance, I did put a post up in another section regarding a bellypan. People have been most helpful, but I still haven’t made a final decision.

Anyway I fancy a bellypan for my Curvy SV650S, but haven’t found/seen a pic of one that grabs me yet, do any of the local boys/gals have a bellypan on an S?? I’d like to see one in the flesh as pics can only tell you so much.
