View Full Version : What would you like?
Wahey! I've just won the euromillions! 8) :o :D  :P
Form an orderly queue, one big and one small prezzie each so choose wisely, anything yer like.
Me first.
Small prezzie: Mitsubishi Galant VR-4 - been drooling over these for years and might be in the position to get one at long last this year! Lancer in sheeps clothing, 300bhp 4WD Twin turbo V6, 15-25mpg.

Big prezzie: The magic bottomless petrol tanker. No explanation needed.
Now you can have whatever you wish. Go ahead, surprise us all.
Just a couple of Million pounds to save my football club from extinction we've existed for 98 years and 2008 would have been our centenary, now unless a wealthy backer emerges in the next few days then this season will be our last.
Who are we why Cambridge City of course the oldest of the 3 teams that play in Cambridge. Don't bother looking in the red tops for our results as they don't go down that far :(
we are a non league conference south team.
And my small wish? to see an English rider lift the 125,250 or Moto-GP world crown. :riding:
OK, I've had an idea. Lets see just what varied goodies we can get for £87M!
Total so far.
VR4, Tanker and lifetime servicing etc. £1M
Cambridge City handout: Have £6M on me, now go trounce Chelsea and Man U please! Their pompous 'we are brilliant' stance is narking me.
James Ellison support: £5M Come on lad!
Leaves me with £75M
I did actually win on Euromillions.... £7.30, after expenses that a clear £1.30 profit.
I'm gonna go on holiday to think this through so I don't make any rash decisions.

Ooh, loverly juberly is them. I have decided we all should get one for good morale within the forum. As Jean Luc Picard would say..."Make it so!" Now go check your garages.
All debts cleared too, I can't be having peeps in strife.

Small one, Aprilia Tuono R. (+ insurance if thats not too cheeky).
Please, thank you very kindly muchly.

Mmm, someone else with Galant Love. I really want one- not the VR4 though, I couldn't afford the insurance, never mind the car... Exactly the right balance between ugly and beautiful. Even the estates look like they could kill you :)
For my big gift, can I have a house with a big garage? Doesn't need to be a big house, I'm not greedy ;) And for my small gift, a Spondon single-sider swingarm, oh yes.

De ja vou.
I would like my depts paid.. that would make my life so much easier.. and some money for a deposit on a house. I can then get a job back in Portsmouth and hopefully still have some spare cash instead of having to travel to London every day to pay my way.

Small pressie - a couple of years sponsorship to cover the cost of running in the BEMSEE Rookie Supersports 600 champsionship please. Thanks you very very much. Can my racew bike be the new R6 please.
Well, if you're thowing it around to just anybody, I'll put a request in...
Small pressie: new left knee please. A snip (ha ha) at about £7k, including travelling costs etc to France for it to be done.
Big pressie: Save the NHS. (It would also save on the expense of a small presie!)
K, good call on the NHS.
My mum had both knees done, partial-replacement in autumn of '04. An absolute miracle how mobile she is now compared to the past, though it does take a good six months to see progess at first.
Have you been given a date? Waiting times for it were something like 1 1/2 years for her.
Hopefully it won't be that bad... but that said I've been waiting five months for them to just stick a camera in my knee to see how bad it actually is.
Been put back once already - should now hopefully be in two weeks.
