Whats the show normally like for picking up kit? Am i likely to see massive reductions and all the kit or just the bizaare crud left over from the 1980's you see at WSB meets and the such like.
What sort of discount can i expect on SIDI boots for example or am i dreaming?
Not sure you will get that much of a discount, but you do have a reasonbale choice on kits.

As a rule, Sidi boots are cheaper. But by the time you add time, entrance fee and fuel to get there, if its all you are going for then, order online somewhere.
The kit is ususaly ok, but massive discounts are not really to be had. Kit is cheaper than the shops and the fact that you have so much choice all under one roof so to speak, and that can save time and money. Im going to get trousers and a new lid(hopefully)

We found that the stalls had in general better offers & prices than at birmingham & if you hunted you could get some good bargains, beware the cheapo imitation bikeware traders though like you get at most bike meetings, their stuff can be cheap tat thats held together with fairy dust for stitching & has cotton wool as body armour.
