I was at that last year. Always a big turnout of some great bikes.
Probably be at it this year again. :)

I saw it advertised when I called into Adelaide insurance to buy tickets for the Odyssey show in Feb.

Think I may go myself.
Always seems to get a good feedback.

We should organise a gathering of the forum members, what ya think??

I think the only day I will be able to go is Sunday 26th.
I am still on for the Antrim coast run on April 9th and hope we can meet up them.

Anyone else interested?

 Girlfriend wants to know if CG125 is allowed, or should she steal my bike for the day (SV650s). Think very carefully before answering (I'm panicking here  )- she's had her licence less than a year but loves the SV for fun while riding CG to work every day. Whatdaya think guys?

I have only been riding for 1 year and am far from comfortable with the bike (SV650), as for your situation only you really know the answer.
I do not believe there are bike restrictions on the run so the 125 would be fine with you on the 650.

My bike is currently under wraps for the winter and will come out around March time to give me another season of experience.
I am still learning and feel a gathering of some of the local members would be a good thing for me to mix with more experienced riders. This, in turn, can apply to all the other less experienced riders.

OK, so if we want to meet up for the Antrim coast run, I suggest we start a new thread and add the names of those wanting to attend. We can also arrange meeting points and times nearer to the event.

To go and play on the boyfriend's SV is just too tempting, how could I possibly refuse any offer. I did the Antrim Coast run (as well as many others) on the CG with a few friends (Aprillia Peagaso 650 04, Bandit 1200s 05, Suzuki 650s 04). Have yet to do any group runs on SV but open to offers.

As inexperienced as I am I would agree that I could only benefit from all opportunities of riding with those who have the experience. Like yourself I am far from confident on SV650s. I would be slightly apprehensive with a large group in a rideout, particularly trying to keep up and not make a fool of myself  due to inexperience. I am still getting the practice in while the good weather is about and the Gritters are not. If you here of any 'small' gatherings definitely let me know and I'll be there. I love riding bikes.
