Might have been different if the umpire's had got it right !!
That 3rd down spot in the 1st quarter was a disgraceful decision as was the decision to award the 1st Steelers touchdown - NO way did the ball 'break the plane' of the goal line, not with the position Roethlesberger was holding it !!
Have to agree though - not gonna go down as a 'classic' is it !!
DOLPHINS FOREVER !!

Have i stumbled on svrider? :D
DOLPHINS FOREVER !!
dolphins rule man!!
if we can turn our latter half of this season to the entire season next time round we'll be in for a shout, a play off place at worst

The Only good thing about American football is you can tackle ANYBODY on the field even when you're attacking  .
Salford went to jacksonville for pre-season training and the AF team they trained with thought they were all nuts. "dude you don't wear body armour  " Pansies

Yeah but dude, NFL players are MASSIVE.
Sod running into some dude who's 20 stone of muscle
Lesley Vainikolo, Bradford
Paul Rauhihi, Warrington
Barrie McDermott, Leeds
Mitchell stringer, Salford
Various others, all monsters...all massive..all bloody agile, I wouldn't run at any of them....But there's little chance of goin round them either
I thought that the Umpires were dreadful, they persistantly ruled against Seattle frequently incorrectly, there was no way that one touchdown should have stood, the ball was held up a good 6 inches from the line.
The turning point though was when the line judge spotted a Seattle third down a full ball length back from where he should have and that prevented ended a really good series by seattle with the field goal being just outside the range of the kicker.
I think that Seattle can feel very hard done too as if those two decisions had gone the other (correct) way it may well have been a completely different result.

Must admit the officials seemed to be for the steelers, but only managed to watch half the game due to a ****e night at work. will have to catch up on Sky later.
