Just popped across the road to a place called Sarnies... which sells... well, sarnies.

Im ravanous so i asked for a Large full monty... bacon, eggs, sausage, tomatoe, beans etc.. all in the biggest breadbun ive ever seen!

Now back at my desk trying to eat it with out covering my desk in fry up.

The bun is 8" in diameter... and stacked about 1" high.

Hmmm......

Thats it i had been drinking up to a bottle of wine most nights of the week either in the pub with friends or at home wrong i know but... boredom i guess

this week i went out for the first time last night and only had two glasses and i've just poured a glass now but that will be it for the night and this weekend will be fairly steady as my man doesn't drink that much

But the calories in wine are mental no wonder i can't get in my jeans

I actually joined LivingWell Premier Gym on the bypass.. managed to talk them down from £68 a month to £39 a month.... but then i went and lost my driving license.. so ive transferred it to my old man and im looking for a Gym in the city centre where i can walk to after work.

Really need to start burning it off, as at this rate ill be having a heart attack at the age of 30.

Nah, you'll enjoy it down there. Ive always wanted to move south. Get my feet under the rug good and proper where i am working now, and then try get a transfer down south.

For some reason i just adore west sussex, theres something about it i cant describe.

So what time is falc due to land?

Place near my work does similar things called heartstoppers. I haven't finished a whole one yet, that said I regret trying it after i've failed, then get put off for a couple of months, then try again, and the same happens again lol.
