RUNNING ON 1 CYLINDER

:( CAN ANYONE HELP ME. SV650S YEAR 2000. RUNNING ON 1 CYLINDER. NO SPARK AT THE FRONT CYLINDER. AND NO TACHO. IT IS AN IMPORT. HEADLIGHT CHANGED TO UK SPEC. LOOM CHANGED TO UK SPEC AND CLOCKS CHANGED TO UK SPEC. NOW ITS A 325cc SINGLE THAT DOES ABOUT 75MPH.

sounds like the front coil or coil feed/ lift tank left side of frame (sitting on bike) bolted to the inside, two feed wires, check for voltage with a meter (could even be one of the spades has come off).

If you are getting voltage then the problem with be the coil, if not it could be wiring , check the wire back to the CDI unit in the tail, and check output there.

:P Cheers rictus01 for your help. Not completely sure what my problem was yet. I've checked every connection and cleaned everything, put it back together again and it fired up on both cylinders. Happy days
