Can't be arsed with a poll so how about the last Tuesday of each month - that will cover the May/August Bank Holiday weeks

It is, however the penalty is that you have to buy the cheesy chips for everyone
Whereabouts on the Hamble is your boat? - I was bought up in Hamble, and had a dinghy before I had a pushbike! If you need a cheap mooring on the Hamble PM me - I have some very useful contacts!
I'm part of a club, we've got two boats at the Elephant Boatyard - where Howards Way was filmed - gosh, showing my age!
I can't get there as often as I like, due to being in the Midlands, but I'm making the effort this year whilst I've got a job

Theres a roundabout with some metal railings around and a low wall round it by one of the pubs, normally we all wait there till everybody has arrived and then we go and have a wander round and then get something to eat.
Can't make it this time, still not got me bike back ](*,)

Yep you pay £5 and get an arm band then you can go as many times as you like all through the season. Liz said you collect them from the tourist office between two of the pubs on the quay.
If you dont get an armband is a £1 each time you go. Also you get through the queue quicker with an armband as you dont have to faff about trying to find a £1 to give to the marshall so you can park up.
DanDare - you can pay £1 on the gate every week, or you can buy an armband for £5 which gives you access every week - it also means that you get 'fast tracked' through the queue every time you wear it
Aim to get there around 6:30 - our meet up plan if you want to come down with us is normally as follows:-
6:00 Meet at Rownhams (usually me & Scoobs, occasionally Banjo)
6:10 Meet at Burley services (just before Poulner Hill - usually TeeJay, Carsick, occasionally Airbox)
We then blat down to Poole, usually get there 6:30 - 6:40ish

If you pay your £1 on your first visit and keep hold of the ticket the marshall issues you, you can then use it together with a further £4 to by the arm band from Tourist Infromation.

DanDare. If when you get to Ringwood you turn left onto the A31 (east bound) and head back towards Southampton, - at the top of the hill (Poulner Hill) take the slip road to Burley - go under the dual carriage way and then turn right as if you are going to rejoin the A31 (west bound) - we meet in the filling station at 18.00 to 18.10. Its only about a 4 mile detour but we can all ride in and park up together.

I am coming straight from work this week so I will be joining the M27 after Rownhams.
I will be meeting with Teejey and DanDare (?) at the Picket Post Services (also known as 'Burley' services).
These are about 10/12 miles after Rownhams, on the A31, and are the SECOND set of services after Rownhams (the first services are at Stoney Cross). Follow the exit off the A31 signposted Burley/Services, turn right at the roundabout (as if rejoining the A31) and the Shell Services are on the left.
If you enter 'Picket Post' onto Google Maps that will show where the services are (also works for 'Stoney Cross  )
I'll PM you my mobile number - let me know if you are planning on meeting us at Picket Post and we'll wait for you there.

You have a red SVS dont you ? I saw you arrive and said to Liz I wandered if that was you.
Everybody else was parked very near to you. If you're coming next week let us know and we'll arrange a place to meet you if you want. Normally we lurk around on the wall with the railing on it by the roundabout where the trikes park up till everybody has arrived.
When it gets warmer, i shall be attendance :D
