Grab as much rest / "downtime" as she can - whenever she can !!

Oh yes, & tell her to allow 2 - 3 times as long as normal for shopping - cos EVERYONE wants to stop & look / chat !!

well done for surviving!

You just wait. The second year is even quicker as the learning picks up pace.

My daughter started walking a week after her first birthday and ever since then shes been picking up new skills on a daily basis. The latest is getting me a beer from the fridge!! :lol:

I think my 2 are more likely to drink it before it gets to me :(

Yes, Holly has that attitude too. I have to hide the straws when there's beer around or it'll go. Little alcoholic!

Seriously though matey, i know what you mean, i can still remember my boy going off for his first day at school like it was yesterday, he's just turned 20 now, kin heck does it go. :shock:
Make the most of their good (young ) days, they'll be pinching your spanners before you know it. :wink: :lol:
