Following on from Big Apes thread in Bikes - Talk & Issues, I'm booked on one of these courses in Nottingham. Unfortunately it's not until the 30 Sept as that's the next one they run (without having to travel too far).

Not bad will consider it had to deal with a car accident a couple of years ago managed reasonably well some up to date training would be good.
