I am trying to remove the exhuast from my SV 650s K2! I have removed all the bolts (except rear cyliinder studs) and spraied it with WD40 but it still will not move!
Any advice? which bit to hit or pull on?
thanks in advance!
Heat then cool... make sure all the WB40 is gone as its flamable, oh and some plus gas if you can get it, does wounders.

Strangely enough I've just dealt with this problem this morning.
I've got an end can which was removed first. Sprayed WD40 and used 3 in 1 on the front cylinder port and the rear cylinder exit pipe, the one with a clamp around it. Sprayed more WD up into the front port, and using a rubber mallet and cloth wrapped around the pipe belted the front pipe forward. Clearance is tight as you keep hitting the starter motor. Keep tapping, lol, until front pipe clears the head, then the system just falls off.
Hope yours will do the same.

I booted **** out of mine. Then hammered **** out of it. Then applied a combination of booting and hammering **** out of it, and occasionally standing on it and bouncing up and down.
