Hi,

Have had my sidi's for just over a year and they have started to talk so was wondering how easy it is to get them re-soled and where to get it done?

Is it expensive?

Cheers

I would have thought you local 'Mr Minit' would be able to re-sole your SIDI's for you :!:

Throw them in the bin and buy a new pair. I have lost all respect for sidi products especailly thier boots. A pair that i brought 4 years ago where better qualty than the pair i currently have.

Seriosly, you wont get your boots re-soled, if you did, it would probably cost about £60, and a new pair can be found online for about £100.

Is it? A decent set of leather soles on a pair of good shoes is around £40. as the sidis are a specialist boot, and have a sole only made by sidi, then an esti, ate of around £60 i think is fair. That, and the fact that you probably cant get it done anyway. Whack some silcone sealent inbetween the sole and the boot and leave over night :d

You can get the soles from Sidi, don't know how much they cost. Any competent shoe repair place will fit them for a pretty low cost. But you said they've started to talk- do you mean the soles have come loose, or they're totally worn out?

I had one sole completely removed and reattached from mine, as it had pulled off at the front in a crash. It took one day, and they did it for free- just asked for a donation in the charity box.

£10.99 for new soles just gotta find a combler to do it, soles are warn abit but not warn through, just peeled open at front from excessive use
